Natturuwilderness acts solely as a representative of the hotels.

Under no circumstances is it responsible for their actions or your relationship with them as a customer.
You, as a customer, will not assume any obligations towards Natturuwilderness, as you are actually assuming the reservation obligations directly with the Accommodation.

For its part, Natturuwilderness only assumes the commitment to you that the reservation made through the Engine will be communicated to the Accommodation.

Relationship between the Customer and the Accommodation

Once the reservation is sent to the Accommodation, any legal relationship will be exclusively between the Accommodation and you as a customer.

Therefore, the reservation of the accommodation, communication with the Accommodation, or any other event that may occur outside of the reservation process carried out at this time, will be governed exclusively by the relationship between you as a customer and the Accommodation.

You must inform the Accommodation of any changes, cancellations, or modifications to room details, arrival time, departure time, etc.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation, depending on the conditions of your reservation and in accordance with the Accommodation's general policies and conditions, the Accommodation may charge an additional fee to your credit card, or charge you for one or more nights, or all of the nights initially reserved. We strongly urge you to review the establishment's conditions and policies before completing this reservation process.

If the Accommodation rejects your reservation, modifies it, postpones it, or changes any of the conditions of the initial reservation, you must resolve this directly with the Accommodation, as Natturuwilderness will have nothing to do with these changes or with the client-supplier relationship created between you and the Accommodation.

Natturuwilderness therefore declines any responsibility for changes to the reservation made by you or the Accommodation, or for problems of any kind with the accommodation.
